Our  recently renovated TBI Library houses a rich collection of books on Jewish history and culture, Israel the Holocaust, as well as other non- fiction, fiction, and short stories. Everyone from preschoolers to adults can find books to broaden the experience of our Jewish heritage. 

Over the years programs have included speakers, presentations and movies on Jewish themes such as:

Civil Rights: Freedom Riders: Dr. Louis J. Braun and Yolanda Beckett

Holocaust: (annual commemorative Kristallnacht Program) survivors: Werner Reich, Leon Gersten and Bernd Wollschlaeger (son of a Nazi Officer)

Jewish Comedy/Film/Theatre: Professor Alisa Solomon (Cultural History of Fiddler on the Roof), Jeremy Dauber (Jewish Comedy) and Diane Levin (producer of movie Zookeeper's Wife )

General Interest: local authors; Marilyn Oser and Murray Weissbach

For adults...

Library Committee

Our Library committee maintains and enhances a collection of Jewish related books, presents programs with Jewish literary content and works with the Preschool and Religious School to incorporate the library into the education curriculum. 

Our library depends on donations to support book acquisition, speakers, a part-time librarian and membership in the JCC Book Council.  Please support us.
